In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us at Damaged items must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Once received, we will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund.

 Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return or exchange headbands, hair clips, head ties or hair ties with the exception of damaged on arrival. Any refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed and appear on your bank statement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
